RETURNS

All products from SEA YOGI are brand new and guaranteed to be in working order when you receive them. If not we will offer you a full refund, excluding postage and packing, providing the item is returned to us within 28 days of receiving it.

We want you to be able to buy with confidence from us. So if you buy something and you're not totally happy with it, for whatever reason, we will be happy to exchange or refund you (minus original delivery costs), providing you process your return request within 28 days of placing your order and the item is returned to us unused and in the same condition it was sent to you with all tags, labels and packaging (if appropriate) attached. Simple!

Note: Due to hygiene reasons Sea Yogi cannot accept back any mat or towel where the wrapping/seal around it has been removed or damaged. Please do not unpack/unroll a mat/towel to look at it if you are unsure whether you want to keep the product, as due to hygienic reasons we will not be able to exchange or refund you in these circumstances.

Colour, dimensions, thickness and weight of all mats/towels are displayed on our site and we are happy to give you advice by e-mail on the best mat / towel for you before purchase. Obviously when the mat / towel remains in its packaging we will happily refund you following the terms of our standard return policy (above)


OUR PROMISE

  • We offer hassle-free returns on any item within 28 days of receiving your original order, including sale items.
  • We can’t offer an exchange on returned items but you can send items back for a full refund, then place a new order for the size, colour or item you’d prefer.
  • The parcel with returned items remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
  • In order to return an item, contact us on [email protected]yogi.es with details of your order number, items you wish to return and the reason for your return. If your return fills all the conditions above, we will send  you the details you needed to complete your refund.

 

Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving the return. Please note that it may take a few days for the funds to reach your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
