Many people wonder about this and what it means. The easiest conversion is when a bottle is a 10ml size. For example, our lowest 3% high-quality CBD means there is 300mg of CBD in 10ml bottle. Just take away the two 0's to get the percentage. So our 5% CBD in a 10ml would be 500mg or 5% of CBD per 1ml or 2.5MG of CBD per drop.
Let's break it down a bit for our range of 10ml products:
- 3% CBD has 300 milligrams of CBD in total and 1 drop is approx 1.5MG.
- 4% water soluble bioavailable CBD has 400 milligrams of CBD in total and 1 drop is approx 2MG.
- 5% CBD has 500 milligrams of CBD in total and 1 drop is approx 2.5MG.
- 6% water soluble CBD has 600 milligrams of CBD in total and 1 drop is approx 3MG.
- 8% CBD has 800 milligrams of CBD in total and 1 drop is approx 4MG.
- 10% CBD has 1000 milligrams of CBD in total and 1 drop is approx 5MG.
- 25% CBD has 2500 milligrams of CBD in total and 1 drop is approx 13MG.
- 30% CBD has 3000 milligrams of CBD in total and 1 drop is approx 15MG.
So now that you know what you get per each drop, you can start to wonder for what kind of things you could use it for. FDA recommends that you keep maximum drops to 20MG per day, you keep it under the tongue for one minute, swallow and then drink a glass of water after to wash it down.

For anxiety, this site recommended starting point for mild anxiety and stress is 30 mg of CBD hemp oil per day, split into two or three doses. Read more about it here .

"According to research, CBD wanes off the roots of insomnia. Cannabidiol reduces anxiety or eliminates it completely. Anxiety is often the cause of insomnia. CBD also influences the dopamine levels in our bloodstream during sleep. This leads to a better and more relaxed sleep."
A lot of customers tend to come in to help them sleep better and there is nobody that knows more about this than the co-founder of Sea Yogi, Matija Agbaba who often struggles with sleep due to anxiety. He likes to take about 40 milligrams of CBD before sleep but everyone is different. This site recommends up to 100mg for mild sleep disorders and from 100mg to 200mg for more severe cases. You should, of course, experiment to see yourself.
